Age Requirements and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Plans and Billing

AI Video Maker operates on a subscription model priced per video series. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the billing cycle you choose.
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account and pausing of your active series.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge your payment method on file for the renewal.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes to existing subscribers. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your Series and Generated Content

Your subscription lets you run one or more video series. For each series, we automatically generate videos based on the topic, voice, visual style, and schedule you configure, and publish them to the social channels you connect.

  • The number of series you can run and how often they post are determined by your subscription plan and quantity.
  • You are responsible for the topics and any custom inputs you provide for your series.
  • Upon cancellation, your series stop posting at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to videos already generated.

Connected Social Accounts

To publish on your behalf, you may connect third-party platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. By connecting a channel, you authorize us to upload and publish videos to it on the schedule you set. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and content policies of each connected platform. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account, including content removal or account suspension.

Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We aim for 95% uptime on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

AI Generation Limitations: AI-generated content quality may vary. We do not guarantee specific results or quality standards for AI-generated videos, images, or audio, nor do we guarantee any particular views, engagement, or growth on your channels.

Content Policy and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
  • Violates intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains explicit sexual content or nudity.
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred.
  • Impersonates any person or entity without permission.
  • Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts.
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the videos you create using our Service, subject to these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights, and that you hold any necessary rights for commercial use.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 7-day automatic refund on your first month of subscription. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 0 USD if you haven't purchased anything through the Service.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer: The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Company makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be uninterrupted or error-free, or be free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
